While the voters may live miles apart, their needs are similar. What I hear at their doors, is that they want the Board of Commissioners to fund, and Washtenaw County to deliver, excellent services. The County should be able to measure outcomes, track successes and engage in continuous improvement to ensure that everything it does is done with quality.
